Peanut Butter & Jelly Pop Tarts was a flavor released in 1986, and later discontinued. Available in 6 ct sizes due to differences in the peanut butter filling from other flavors.

In 2014, the flavor was reintroduced as Frosted PB&J Strawberry as part of the Pop Tarts Gone Nutty peanut butter line.

Nutritional Information Edit

Each Peanut Butter & Jelly-flavored Pop Tart contains 220 calories, 3 grams of protein, 34 grams of carbohydrates, 9 grams of fat, 220 miligrams of sodium,and 70 miligrams of potassium.

Ingredients Edit

Enriched wheat flour, sugar, grape jelly (corn syrup, grape juice, pectin, citric acid, and sodium citrate), partially hydrogenated soybean oil, peanut butter (peanuts, sugar, partially hydrogenated palm oil, and salt), dextrose, corn syrup, water, peanut oil, whey, crackermeal, wheat starch, salt, baking powder, baking soda, gelatin, citric acid, color added.

Vitamins and Minerals Edit

Vitamin B2 (niacinamide), iron, vitamin A (palmitate), vitamin B4 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B4 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), and folic acid.
